"We were the couple this year at the Green Living Show that bought 6 filters from you. Last year we bought the terracotta water purifier and love it! The only regret that we have is that we didn't get a bigger purifier for our house! We love the taste (or lack of I should say) of our water and get told by people that come into our house that it taste great as well; they are surprised that it feels that cold without being refridgerated. Without a doubt, your product was the best thing that we purchased at that show and is well worth every penny! A quote from a recent client who bought a replacement filter from LifeSpices for her Stefani Water Purifier that she purchased somewhere else:
"I had to flush the water through the filter about 10 or so times. In other words, I had to let the water drip through, which took many hours, and then do it again about 10 times. At first I too was disappointed because the water tasted strange but after flushing it through (and it did take about a week), it tasted really fine. I hope your client 's are very cool and appreciate the simplicity of the Stefani but they have to be patient. The filter has lasted about six months but now the water is tasting like the filter is not working anymore. I really like the look of the Stefani and the water stays cool." -- D. Received water purifer today, and I love it already. Water lines here are flushed periodically, so yesterday when I went to take a bath, the water was literally brown. So today, when the unit arrived, I immediately assembled it and filled it with water. Now my daughter and her boyfriend are enjoying clean, fresh water to drink and cook with! This is an amazing appliance, and I will brag it up to everybody I know!

I think one of the reasons your product was and is such a success is that it reintroduces third world technology back to the first world. The water cooler is an elegant solution to the water cooler and it doesn't use any electricity. Secondly, it is a working piece of art.
